Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Replacements: Our priority is to ensure your satisfaction. Should your perfume arrive damaged or defective, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. We will first aim to replace your product with a new one.
Refunds: If a replacement is not possible or not desired, we will proceed with a refund. Once your return is received and inspected and meet the returns conditions, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs: If the product is damaged or there has been a shipping error on our part, we will gladly refund the shipping costs. However, shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Any shipping costs you incur for returning a product will be your responsibility, unless it's due to one of the aforementioned reasons.
